About a quarter inch — roughly two to three weeks of growth. If your hair is shorter we can still do what we can, and we will offer a free touch-up within seven days.
Yes — exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment and shower on the day. Clean, dry skin grips wax far better and reduces pinching.
Sugaring and threading are usually fine. For waxing, let us know and we will choose a lower-heat formula and take extra care with positioning.
Hygiene
Never. Every application uses a fresh, single-use applicator, and our tools are sterilised in an autoclave between guests.
Tell us before we start so we can patch test and choose a gentler formula. If you react afterwards, we will adjust the next visit and check in with you.
Always. Towels and linens are changed for every guest and laundered between appointments, and treatment chairs are disinfected with barrier film.
Policies
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment. Inside 12 hours, 50% of the price applies, and no-shows are charged in full.
Yes for threading when an esthetician is free. Waxing, sugaring and facials need a booking so we can give you the room and the time.
